1. How Soon Can I Expect Delivery?

If your item is in stock you can expect shipment the next business day.  Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location.

2. What about Part Shipments?

If some items are in stock but others are not in stock on your order, we can arrange part shipment for you (which may incur additional freight charges). Just contact us via 08 8724 2222 or orders@gte.com.au  to request part shipment. You will receive a back order report that will advise if items are out of stock with an expected ETA. So you can also reply to that email if you would like part shipment.

Returns Policy

If an item is ordered by mistake it may be possible to return it, provided it has not been opened. If the packaging has been opened it generally cannot be returned.
