Remote Assistance

Our service team is able to remotely connect to your computer to provide assistance by using Screen Connect (providing you have a working Internet connection on the computer).


Please click on the below link to download our remote support application. You can run the application directly or save the application and then run it. Once the application has been run, the technician will advise a 6 digit ID which you then enter. We will be able to remotely access your computer to provide assistance.

Remote access can be stopped at any time by closing the Screen Connect window.
